Wow, where to start with this photo of Dahlia in her Rago Lacette Girdle? Perhaps with the pile of bodies accumulating over there as people pass out in sheer astonishment at her sexiness? Perhaps with the mystery of what may or may not cover her lady parts under her girdle? I love the nod to Bettie Page, but Dahlia keeps the energy her own and her thighs are a lethal weapon.

Today is my dear friend stockingmonster's birthday and I doubt there's anyone on earth who would appreciate this photo more than him, so I dedicate this post to you, SM and wish you the happiest of happy days. 50 Sexy Nylon Stockings and Pantyhose Photos to Celebrate 10,000 Visitors - Part One

Some time this weekend, Stocking Vixen received its 10,000th visit, so to say thank you to all of the people who have supported this blog in its first couple of months, this week I will be posting 50 pieces of my favorite sexy nylon stockings, pantyhose, fishnet and hosiery-of-all-types photography in JUMBOTRONIC format. I'll write a little more later, but for now, enjoy, and thanks a million for coming to see me, everyone.

Red and White Stripes on Grass

Some photos just make me feel happy, like this one of red and white striped tights inside a pair of cute black Mary Janes against some gorgeous green grass. Greta and Donato's photostream is well worth heading over to Flickr to check out, though it's something to view at home rather than work. There are some stunning, incredibly sensuous images and Greta is a really beautiful woman. They are both terrific photographers, as well.

SXSW Stockings

SXSW is currently in full swing down in Austin and, while I would love to have attended myself, I'm stuck up here in Seattle. Never fear, though, mobile reporter Kevin in Texas attended the Pastries and Pasties event on Friday night and shot this great photo of a mural inside Emo's where the event was being held. For the record, he declared the chocolate with kahlua and coffee cupcake his favorite of the night. Thank you for the wonderful photo, Kevin and for thinking of me while you were out and about taking photos.

Elmer Batters

Many of the hosiery lovers who read Stocking Vixen will probably chortle at my naiveté, but I have just discovered the photography of the very wonderful Elmer Batters. This will be a very enjoyable exploration for me. I'm off to have a nap, but expect to see quite a bit about Mr. Batters this week.
